Returns & Exchanges

We create every piece exclusively for our individual collectors. As a result, Who is Henri is unable to accept the return or exchange of purchased products (including Gift Cards).

Faulty Goods

If you believe that your artwork contains a fault, please send us photographs of the fault in order for us to assess the issue. We always want to make it right, so whenever appropriate we will arrange for a full replacement to be sent to you at no cost.

No Damage Guarantee

If your artwork is damaged whilst in transit, please send us photographs of the damaged packaging and artwork to assess the damage. We always want to make it right, so whenever appropriate we will arrange for a full replacement to be sent to you at no cost.
